Job Description :-
> End to End Recruitment for all level.
> Job Posting on different portal (Naukri / Monster / Linkdin etc.).
> Sourcing and screening the profile using job portal, reference, database.
> Taking telephonic interview, preparing tracker sheet.
> Coordination with client counter part for position, interview schedule till closing.
> Coordination with candidate, negotiation with candidate, collecting documents as per client requirements etc.
> Mass mailing.
> Coordination with client for new position, follow up for interview process, follow up for feedback etc.
> Lead Generation, New business development by calling or visiting the client.
> Visiting customer for meeting (on as and when required bases).
> Target oriented profile.
Skill Required.
> Good writing & communication
> Industry awareness for NON IT
> Target Oriented.
